I chose this salon because it was conveniently located close to my job, and unfortunately, I regret going. I went in simply to have my gel polish removed, but the service was extremely disappointing. The technician filed my natural nails down far too much, leaving them extremely thin and very painful. My nails are literally burning and felt like they were on fire.
Total scam , went for pedicure, purchased the honey spa pedicure which states you will receive a 15 minute hot stone massage so that is why I picked the 60 dollar pedicure over the other options, my 15 minute massage LAST 6 MINUTES, FROM 4:42PM TILL 4:48PM take a look on your camera, when I mentioned it to the girl who did my pedicure she looked shocked I mentioned it & still went ahead & charge me 80 dollars because I got gel nail polish?!? So 20 dollars for gel nail polish?!?!! TOTAL SCAM I blame the owner, she should be aware of what service her customers are getting ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE no excuses it states 15 minute massage ON YOUR SIGN , IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEN USE A TIMER LIKE ALL OTHER SALONS DO
I get my nails done here every time I travel home to Suffern, they are the best. I always get gel, and I'm not sure what their secret is, but my nails last forever—it'll be like 4 weeks before they start to lift, and they never chip. This salon also has the largest selection of colors. Their staff is friendly and efficient, and their prices are great.
I wish I could give more stars. This place is incredibly awesome. My heels and feet in general are in rough shape, back from the military being overseas. This was the best pedicure ever and I routinely get them done because they get dry and cracked. I got the number 4, it was $38, and Maribelle did excellent, I’m so happy.
This place is worth the drive! I came here because the previous place I went to did a horrible job, my nails started to lift after 5 days and one of them even fell off. When I got here they were very friendly and they squeezed me into their schedule last minute. They fixed my nails and I love them! It’s a bit of a drive for me but it’s worth it. Highly recommend 👍🏻
